Alice has 10+ years experience working in the Investment Banking industry at a large international bank in London. She is a Director in Sustainable Financing within investment banking and previously worked in real estate corporate advisory and lending / leveraged finance.

Amy did her PhD at the University of Oxford where she specialised in immuno-oncology, and later, the focus of her postdoctoral studies was autoimmunity. She now works as a freelance medical writer and transforms complex medical information into innovative content for patients and healthcare practitioners.

Anil is a senior leader with experience in developing high performing technical teams through training, coaching and mentoring. He is a technologist at heart, working at CTO level developing and implementing strategic IT change within global financial organisations.

I have an educational background in Aerospace engineering, with a Mechanical Engineering placement .

Helen’s experience leading people and change in the insurance industry, meant that across 2021, Helen was able to coach and support a few of our Community Bee members as they either embark on new career paths or needed a little help rebooting their current career path.

Kavit is a reinsurance broker in the Specialty (re)insurance-focused team of a reinsurance broking company. He has run analytics projects for reinsurance clients and strategic reinsurance advisory projects on behalf of regional and London Market clients, advising on their risk transfer needs. Kavit began his career in catastrophe analytics before undertaking his actuarial training.

Lasha is an Insurance Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the Casualty/Liability lines of Business. She has worked within the Insurance Claims Sector at varying levels, hold both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Law, am a member of the Bar of England and Wales and an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator.

Marisa has over two decades of experience with the UK’s largest insurer, Aviva, in a variety of positions with the last decade primarily focused on leading teams of data scientists. Now, she is an independent consultant in InsurTech, working closely with clients in various data-led initiatives. Marisa has a master’s degree in data science.

Marnus is a Fellow actuary with more than 10 years' experience in the life and health insurance industry. He has an analytical background, identifying and pricing risks including M&A opportunities. He has experience in developing and documenting actuarial models .
