Experience the magic of tailored mentorship. Mentees are matched with the best Mentors for their needs, goals & schedule, leveraging your already existing skills. You’ll be contacted as soon as the right match comes along.

Prepare for an extraordinary mentoring session. We'll schedule a one-hour Zoom session according to your availability, equipping you with guidance materials to ensure you feel confident and ready to offer your support.

Offer follow up session/s to the same Mentee to support their journey, or let us know if you’re open to another match. Recommend additional tailored activities for your Mentee, or get involved with other support offerings such as group coaching .

To become a Mentor, all you need is some professional work experience – you’ll already have plenty of knowledge to share! We’ll also ensure that you have enough guidance and the right Mentee to make you feel empowered to have a real impact.
