With the key principle of “Being Inclusive”, r10 champions equal opportunities and building diversity through their company. As consultants to the insurance industry, r10 employees have a wealth of experience and knowledge in many areas including growth, operations, technology, and strategy. By partnering with ConnectHive, they are using that knowledge to help young people break into management consultancy, insurance and wider industries. 

Through the partnership with ConnectHive, r10 employees offer one-to-one mentoring and coaching to our young community – remote, according to their schedule and at the commitment level that suits them. ConnectHive was also lucky enough to be chosen as r10’s charity partner in 2022-2023, with r10 supporting fundraising through a wonderful summer charity launch party in 2022. 

In 2023, r10 offered an exclusive and tailored career development programme to a small group of high-achieving young people from the ConnectHive network, helping them to work towards their long-term career goals. The Mentees were matched with two to three r10 Mentors and Coaches for a series of sessions covering the topics most needed by each individual. Actionable steps were created for the Mentees to work on with ongoing support and check-ins from their mentorship team. Tailored offerings were created for each Mentee, such as mock panel interviews, networking opportunities, real-world assignments, job shadowing and office visits. This was an incredible opportunity for some of our most ambitious young members to get specialised attention to build skills and develop their personal brands – catapulting their careers to a new level.
